Sudden Loss Support

We meet on the first Monday of every month at the Derbyshire Stroke Centre in Holmewood between

4pm - 6pm.

 

We meet to share our experiences in a safe

non-judgmental atmosphere.  

​

We hope to be able to teach each other coping strategies for when times get tough, as well as providing comfort and friendship when its needed most.

​

We look at different ways of providing support including access to our small library of books about coping with loss, grief and bereavement.  Often Catherine is at the meetings to offer relaxation, aromatherapy and massage for anyone who would like it.

Support Group Meetings
